(You are free to DM me if you have any questions)♪ ~ For personal use only! ♪ ~ If the client does not respond to messages about the progression of the commission after one month, I will finish the commission, send it, and consider it done. ♪ ~ Expect between 1 to 2 months for your commission to be completed. It might be way faster than that but given I am still studying I have to balance my work and commissions.Process details: ♪ ~ I will be sending two concept art, one of which will be approved by the client (who can ask for modifications of course ☆) before going onto the sketch phase. A third concept art can be made if none of the two other ones satisfied, but additional demands for concept art after the third one will be charged ♪ ~ Once the sketch is done, a wip will be send and 5 modifications will be allowed (not including some errors I might have made about the character's design like forgetting a detail for example). If more modifications are required they will be charged a small fee. ♪ ~ The lineart will be send for approval as well, the same rules about modifications on the sketch phase are applied to it. ♪ ~ I will send the flat coloured version to make sure I got the colours right. Any changes on the flat colours can be made free of charges. ♪ ~ Once the artwork is finished, small adjustments can still be made!Refunds: ♪ ~ If I cannot finish your commission for personal reasons, I will offer a total refund no matter at what stage of the commission we are. You are free to keep what has already been made, consider it a compensation for the inconvenience. ♪ ~ If you ask for a refund and the commission has already been started (and wips have been send) you won't be fully refunded.
